Lunchtime Habits

I usually zip thru a local supermarket and grab a couple of things ! I'm also prospecting in the isles as I make my way thru the store !

I usually stop at a local restaurant  - ususally a pizza place.  I guess I'm helping the local economy, too.

Left over is usually on my lunch menu unless I am on the go. Then it would be anything that is fast and don't have to wait.

I try not to skip. . . supposed to eat something small every 3 hours. . . that's almost impossible, but I carry protien bars and eat at least those!

I pretty much eat when I can. Leftovers are always good. I also try to meet with someone for lunch when possible.

I know that I've done all of these, sometimes even a combination of them. I don't like skipping it altogether though.

Lein Cuisines, Chicken Pot Pies and Ramen Noodles are always great... I do leftovers to... I don't eat a lot of fast food..

I do a combo of leftovers with a backup stash of frozen dinners.  Trader Joe's has a great selection, so I'm never bored!

I usually skip it, if I'm at the office, then go home. Not good thou 

I try not to eat fast food.  Sometimes I succumb.  Mostly I have lunch at home, salad or soup.  Occasionally,  I go to lunch with my husband or friends.

I rarely cook so I try to plan a relaxing place for lunch although it can be any time of day from 10 to 5!

I tried bringing a sandwich but i usually ate it immediately and still needed to go out later.

I do a variation of all of the above. What I should do is eat with a SOI person like they recommend in the book "Never Eat Alone."

Could be almost anything while other times it's absolutely nothing.  Not a very healthy approach to lunch which is why I try to eat a pretty nourishing breakfast.

I live close to the office and work from home most of the time so I eat at home. However if I have appointments during lunch time I get a milk shake at McDonalds and have it for lunch.

It varies. . 

Depends what other agents brought in and left  inside  the refrigerator. . . .sometimes, I can't be so choosy and just grab a brown bag quickly. . .other times I take my time and eat a little from each bag. .I guess that depends if I'm in a diet or not. . 

I am hypoglycemic - can't skip!  Yesterday lunch was in the car.  Many times I make appointments around lunch.  Usually left overs or something frozen if no leftovers - like lean cuisine, LOL!

I often do one of the first two but am getting a fridge for our new office soon so frozen lunchs may be an option. When I am running around, I order something very basic so I don't end up with 1/2 of it on my shirt or in my car.....

I have this under control quite nicely right now but it took years...However, prior to that, I used to drive and eat and I loved it. It got to the point where all I wanted to do was eat inside my car (a form of my office) which smelled like french fries after a while (with ketchup). To me, it was a good thing. To my wife, that's a 3-part post

I have the BEST Mexican Restaraunt in Tracy right next door.  If I go and sit, they bring me my drink of choice with the chips.  When I'm really in a hurry I run next door and bring it back to my desk.  FAR TOO CLOSE
