The Parkwood Subdivision has always demonstrated a strong pull for buyers due to great architecture, central location and charming tree lined streets.  Homeowners have been fortunate in maintaining relative market value despite the economic downturn.  The average sales price has remained within a 10% deviation annually and may still improve to 2010 values despite its current 92% average relative to last year.
