Many of our downtown condos here, the ones with the water views, are distressed. Back when downtown was booming, everyone was building condo towers, and some rich folks would buy 10, 20, 30, 40 of the condos before they were even for sale. Now those rich folks are in desperate measures, as are the HOA's.
