Indian Wells RealtorIndian Wells is smack in the center of the Palm Springs Valley-a winter resort area of choice for many of our seasonal "snowbirds."  Canadians are coming to the warm winters here in the desert in droves, as do people from the colder Beach Communities, Santa Barbara and coastal cities, and all the way up to Washington and Oregon!  This doesn't even begin to touch the International Travelers such as the Chinese, Asians, English and the French.

The Winter demographics here in the Desert are multi-lingual and multi-generational..we invite and welcome ALL travelers looking for warmth in the middle of the Winter.  We average 80+ degrees during our winter days and the nights cool to an avarage of 50 degrees.  We get our "cold" snaps, but as my Canadian friends and clients tell me, "This is NOTHING!  Hardly have to put on a sweater!"

Indian Wells is a strong draw for visitors.  A small city, ideally situated equal distance between downtown Palm Springs and the newer city of La Quinta, Indian Wells is fiscally sound and offers it's residents one of the top Resident programs in the Country.  Reduced Golf, Reduced Hotel stays, Reduced Dining and world class amenities.

Here are the top 6 Indian Wells Golf Course Communities...

1.  The Reserve:  The Reserve offers exquisite custom homes on very large lots, that literally appear to be cut into the desert mountain terrain.  Stunning views down valley from the course from the smaller Bungalows to the Custom homes throughout, prices start at approx. $2,850,000 to approx. $7,500,000.

2.  The Vintage:    The Vintage with it's quiet elegance is known for it's amazing 85,000 sf clubhouse as well as Tennis and Golf.  Custom homes in a custom setting.  Home prices start at approx. $2,900,000 up to approx. $18,000,000.

3.  Toscana Country Club; Indian Wells youngest Golf Course Community, visit Toscana and you may think you're in Tuscany!  Single Family homes only that were built in 2002 and are still being built.  Home prices start at approx. $950,000 to approx. $4,000,000.

4.  Indian Wells Country Club:  This Country Club might be called the heart of the City.  You may golf here as a non-member, and living in Indian Wells entitles residents to extremely low round fees, and entry into the just renovated Clubhouse. Single Family Homes range from approx. $350,000 to approx. $2,500,000 and Condos are available from approx. $125,000 to approx. $500,000.

5.  Eldorado Country Club:   The very private, stately Eldorado Club offers quiet, discreet, class and suits a very discriminating client.  Home prices range from approx. $1,300,000 to approx. $5,000,000

6.  Desert Horizons Country Club:  Desert Horizons is perfect for many home buyers as it offers Condos, single family homes as well as semi-custom estate homes.  A challenging course, clubhouse and amenities, home prices start at approx. $350,000 to approx. $2,700,000.

Kimberly, I enjoy reading your comments on the Palm Springs area. Now living in Seattle, I rarely have a chance to visit but will be making a pilgrimage to the area in February. Can't wait to see all the changes, and thanks to you I'm making a list of priorities.
