I love that bar! I noticed that some states don't tell us how many square feet the house has. Is Nevada like that or did you inadvertently leave out the square feet? $82,000 here would buy a matching set of his and hers Corvettes, but probably not a new place to live, least of all a single-family house. I got my 1,200-SF condo for $300,000 ten years ago!
