Well after lowering the conforming loan limits in October, it appears that both the House & Senate have agreed to extend the $729,750 Loan Limit in our area for 2 more years. This will definitely help the Jumbo Loan Borrowers secure financing with only 3.5% down, which can all be a Gift...
Hopefully, Fannie & Freddie will follow on the Conventional side. We expect the V.A. to also extend beyond their current expiration date of Dec. 31, 2011 too.
