My name is Aaron Ayotte and I am a family man. I have a loving and wife and two wonderful sons, all of whom I find motivation and support in. I am an entrepreneur and a self-made investor, and I can honestly say I would not be where I am at today without them. Not only have they supported me through everything, but they've shaped the
person I am today and how I present myself.
I believe in honesty, respect, and responsibility and I use this for the basis for my business. I am constantly working with a team of great people around me and it's with this team effort that we have such a high success rate in our short sale transactions. We rely on our combined efforts to get us through anything.
I graduated from FSU with a B.S. in Business Management, and I've spent the past 6 years in the realm of real estate, predominantly focusing on short sales the past 3 years.
I spent 20 years in retail, refining my abilities in sales and advertising, before I changed courses and dived in to real estate. My experience in retail has actually benefited my skills in real estate, having achieved exceptional customer service skills. This has allowed me to listen to what my clients have to say and really absorb exactly what it is their needs are so I can best help them.
When it comes to my clients, I believe in karma and in treating others how you'd like to be treated, and then some. I know how stressful foreclosures can be, the worries and tension that can build up with transactions, and because of that, it is my commitment to our clients that I or one of my team members will always be available, that any of us can thoroughly explain any aspect of the transaction, and that we absolutely DO NOT GIVE UP.
Practice what you preach; I expect my sons to always be honest with me, and I cannot expect that without committing to being completely honest myself.
