I'm sure by now that EVERYBODY has heard about the big grand opening for Huntsville's Bridge Street Town Centre. Well, I have been busy so I had not had a chance to go down and check it out. I decided that I would make time to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to find a parking spot. They also have valet parking as well. It was in the evening when I got out there and it was just lit up really pretty. It is like a little city right in the middle of Huntsville.
There are several stores open and many more to open in the near future as construction is completed. There will be a nice mixture of retail, dining, hotels, and entertainment. Many people are looking forward to the grand opening of the Monaco pictures movie theatre. I think it will be a good addition to Huntsville and a fantastic way to boost local revenue.
I looked around and it is absolutely gorgeous. Of course, there is still construction going on but what is there is simply beautiful. The structure and architecture is just fabulous. (I'm such a Realtor!) The lakes are so beautiful. It was a little too cold the evening I went to take a gondola ride but I heard they are really fun. In case you didn't know, it is an outside mall which makes it different from the other exisiting malls we have here. In November, it was really nippy out there while I was walking from store to store.
I will definitely be back to visit Bridge Street Town Centre. It looks like it will be a fantastic place to be in the summer time when its warm and all the people are out looking for somewhere to go and something to do. I will definitely be back as often as possible to take more phots and I will be sure to come back and tell you all about it!!
