SPENT MY DAY GETTING PRICE REDUCTIONS ON LISTINGS

Well, I put my time to work today. I currently have 4 Listings and they are not moving. No offers, lots of traffic so I called my Sellers and got every single one to reduce their price. At some point they will sell. My crystal ball is kinda fuzzy so that's no help. If I reduce these prices enough, eventually someone will buy them. Next weekend I'm getting extensions on these Listings before they EXPIRE.

Sounds alittle depressing yet I like the positive attitude, Sandie...at SOME point these will sell. Keep your chin up..the turn around in the market is waiting in the wings...I can feel it! ;)

Sandie - This is a very productive day indeed. We're putting one back on Monday with a further reduciton, and if we had as good a day as you did with all of our pockets that won't sell, we'd really be cooking.
