In the Fort Collins area, single-family detached listings decreased to 1,132 in October from 1,273 the previous year.
Median sales prices increased for detached homes in Fort Collins, from $225,000 to $234,845 in October from the year before.
Median sales price for single-family detached listings increased year-over-year in Loveland-Berthoud from $211,000 in October 2010 to $215,000 this year.
In the Greeley-Evans market, detached single-family listings decreased to 471 in October from 664the previous year.
Median sales price for detached listings in Greeley-Evans increased from $124,900 in October 2010 to $135,000.
