Homes built in The Ridge at Willow Pointe are primarily built by Centex homes. The neighborhood is less than 10 years old and consists of single family homes from 3 bedrooms and up and from 1 to 2 stories. Currently there are 7 homes available for sale in the Subdivision of The Ride at Willow Pointe in Cibolo Texas. Homes sizes are from a little over 1500 square feet to alomst 2700 square feet with prices starting from as low as the mid $120s up to the mid $170's. The neighborhood itself has just built a new playground and basketball area that the residents really love. It is a gated area with parking and picnic benches. The Ridge at Willow Pointe is in the acclaimed Schertz Cibolo Universal City Independent School District. is close to Military Bases such as Randolph Air Force Base and FT Sam Houston (Joint Base San Antonio), TX and very convenient to shopping.
