My New WP Blog is on the Way!

Last week I wrote I've Got The Outside Blog Blues seeking suggestions on who has had a Wordpress blog designed and were they pleased with the result.

I talked to a lot of really nice people (blog designers/developers) and the recipients of their work.

I was able to get some recommendations on companies that I should consider to develop my WordPress site. They were able to go into great detail as to why they chose the WP developers and why they were and are confident in their choice.

A solid knowledge of SEO ranks extremely high in my opinion. If you are seeking to have someone design a blog for you, be sure to contact the people or companies whose blogs are displayed on the vendor's site. Make no mistake, there were some that expressed their displeasure, but the positive responses outweighed the not so postive responses to my inquiries.

I'm very excited about my choice and I hope you're excited that I'm excited. As a matter of fact, there are a few ActiveRainers that I'm very fond of that are using the same vendor.

Kathy making the decision was far more stressful that the planning will ever be so YES, I'm glad that part is over. As for the holidays, I'm going to have holiday homework.

Scott I think I'm most excited by the focus that I anticipate. Processing the SEO info makes me a bit nervous, but so many people have already offered to help if I need it.

John consider yourself looped.

Fingers crossed Debbie. You know I'm a little SEO slow.

Joe keep us posted about that progress. It will be interesting to see what others are doing.

Jerry I'm hoping that the Wordpress blog is among the best decisions I've made in recent weeks and I gear up for the new year.

Charita....Great news! Since I've launced my Wordpress site, I've had more leads than I've ever had. Mind you, they are all rental leads! (Is anyone BUYING real estate anymore.....lol)

I had enough knowledge to more or less build my site, but did get "dashboard" help from Michael and Victoria.I've had minor issues since launch, but they have been handled quickly!

I sort of got, and still get, overwhelmed by all the great things I can do, and can't find enough hours to do them! Take it one thing at a time....

I'm just across the state line darling....my phone is always available for help!

I'll be watching!
