This one is located in a nice subdivision known as the Villages which is special in the sense that it has extras amenities that surrounding subdivisions do not have, like a community pool, gym, tennis courts, basketball courts, and small lake surrounding those things.
I would say between $1100 - $1200 per month in terms of rents.
