There are currently 43 homes and townhomes under contract and scheduled to close within the next 30 - 60 days. The average price for the pending sales is $373,388. The median price is $335,000. The average days on market is 128.
40 contracts closed during the month of October, 2007. The average price for the 40 sold homes and townhomes was $338,662. The median price was $299,000. The average days on the market was 120.
Lets look at the same month in 2006.
92 contracts on homes and townhomes/condos closed during the month of October, 2006. The average sales price was $340,060. The median price was $311,950. The averagte market time was 100 days.
It is interesting to see that the average sales price did not change much, however, it is obvious we had more than twice as many buyers willing to pay the average price.
