Westwood New Jersey saw just Two homes closing in the popular town as the Fall real estate market ends and the children settle into school and prepare for the holidays. The list to sale price differential hovered around the 93% mark. This indicates that homes are both being priced well and selling within 7% of their asking price. The popularity of this town is still strong although the overall market is down. Keeping in mind the number of homes to close this month verses last month, the average Sold price was down substantially from last month with the average sale price being $393,750 for the Hub of the Pascack Valley town of Westwood New Jersey.
