First time for everything.....

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty

I have heard about 'blogging' before but today in our Keller Williams office in Carmel we had a motivated speaker from the Bay Area Team who told us blogging was a great way to get in touch with other realtors and perspective clients. I spend time on my laptop while my 3 boys are around me doing their homework, watching t.v., at least I can be in the same room with them and get my work done. I study ways to work my database, searching for new and upcoming ways online to be 'different' than any other realtor here on the peninsula so I thought I would give this 'blogging' a try.

I would like to share my newest listing.... an immaculate and updated 1043 sq. ft. 2 bedroom house in the most desirable area of Seaside with bay views! This home is a gem, just waiting for the right buyer to come along. It is priced very comparable to what has sold and for what is on the market in the area and the homes condition. The yard is wonderful, mature landscaping with privacy on a large corner lot.

Home prices here on the Peninsula are a little scary for some, especially the first time home buyer. I just went into escrow today with a buyer who had made an offer on another home but the sellers had lowered their price about as much as they could and couldn't take anything but a full price offer. According to others I talk to this is happening alot. It makes the buyers feel they can't get a good deal. The buyers don't want to pay full price and the sellers won't lower their prices!

I hope everyone that reads this..... if anyone reads this.... that they have a wonderful Holiday season and take some time to enjoy 'the reason of the season'.

Take care.....
