Homes sizes are from 1500 square feet to a little over 2500 square feet with prices that range from $143 to $169. Retama Ridge is located in the acclaimed Judson Independent School District and is close to Military Bases such as Randolph Air Force Base and FT Sam Houston (Joint Base San Antonio), TX and very convenient to shopping such as the Rolling Oaks Mall and the Forum Shopping Center in Live Oak Texas. You can get to Retama Ridge by traveling on 1604 West and exiting off of Lookout Road, take your first right and you will find it on your right hand side, (do will exit on Lookout Road if heading East on 1604 and just take the turn around).
