I think this statement says it all - ".  One of the most valuable talents of a professional and experienced stager is to be able to see your house through the eyes of your potential buyers."  Sometimes homeowners cannot put themselves in the potential buyer's shoes.

Rachel, most sellers do not consider buying their own home - in looks and in price, too. So, you have a great advice for sellers on why and how they should stage. As far as price goes....well.......hope they listen to  their expert realtor(r).
