We finally CLOSED!!!!!!! Thank you to the Armstrongs for being so patient! We put an online bid on a foreclosed home 3 months ago and finally closed as of last week! There were issue after issue that had to be "resolved" and with much perserverence, the outcome was positive. We also had an awesome loan officer, Deborah Huddleston from Cornerstone Mortgage, that made this process a success! Thank you to everyone for all the hard work!
