KNOWING WHAT LAND TO BUY AND WHERE

Brokering real estate as most practicioners know it, can provide a good living,but buying the right kind of property is where the real money is.

We have all heard the three things that make real estate valueable : location , location and location. This is only half correct.The trick is to know where growth is headed and when.Knowing this along with planned road improvements and utilities is more important. What has a so so location today may be primo in 2-5 years and this is what you want.

Nobody said being able to get the money was easy and nobody said knowing what and when is easy but it can be for those students that live, breathe and eat the investment business.

What I personally like to do is buy or get control of land at a price per acre then later sell it by the square foot.

Notice I said "get control of", well that is another important topic that is real important.
