I don't even know what to call this! Is it sexist? I have seen very attractive agents do their work, become very important people in their offices, liked by many people  AND excell as a real estate agent!...those are the same agents that get gossiped about by many others who are so jealous that they can't get their heads out of their yinyang long enough to be objective about other people, the attractive ones especially. To generalize like this and not have any concern about it---well, let me just say I have seen an even larger share of very unattractive people who fall into the same place as you just put this "cute" one! ...mainly because it is a very unattractive way to behave!

Marian, as an incredibly hot agent, I think this is an entirely wrong way of going about this. Just kidding. Great post.

I have the opposite problem. Everyone lists with me because of my sculpted body and I wish they'd work with me because of my mind. <sniff>

It can work in reverse.  When I was in HS and College I worked under  a very attractive woman.  GOD did she have problems with that.  People ASSumed she got to where she was because of her looks.  Not so.  Bottom line: don't judge a book by its cover.

Oh dang!  Now I will have to come up with a whole new business plan!!! 

Okay, I make light of this but the truth is,.... you are so right Marian! 

I have to admit, that little cutie could win ANY body over!!!

It is one thing to be an "i didn't know that"
 person when you are a baby like the one in your posst...but when it comes to business...cute or not cute you better know your stuff! 

Marian, that is a great blog,  funny and definitely has a title to grab attention.

Marian ~ it is okay to be cute, but please dress appropriately, please don't be flirtatious, and you better know what you are talking about! Please, only experts need apply!

Of course you want an expert, fun is fun, cute is cute, (whether it's a bimbo or a membo), but money, big money... that's where we draw the line.

    I agree with Roselie.  You can be cute and be good.  Being good not only works better, it lasts longer.

The top agent at my old firm was just like that. She looked good, knew how to talk to people, and had everyone do her work for her. She was completely clueless as to how the business worked.

Wow. I like that Marian. I often wonder what criteria people use to select their Realtor. Is it the one who appeals to them with their outside looks or their inside looks? Or maybe a little bit of both?

Big decisions are not cute..lol the process isn't cute either. You have to plan and think through your big decisions in life so you do not have cause to regret anything. I enjoyed reading your post.

My first questions was, "who does that adorable child belong to"  and now I know!   She is too cute!
