As you can see, prices rose through to a peak in July but have been falling some since then.  It is taking on average, just under 2 month to sell a home in the Edmonton area.  The climate is definitely a buyers market, with sellers anxious to negotiate a sale and bankers anxious to lend at all time low interest rates.  If you are waiting for the bottom, if we are not there we are very close.  It is truly a great time buy!
