Allison, good tips. Lately the spread isn't as profitable and flippers are having a hard time finding suitable inventory. They are being shut out of the auctions by hedge funds.

Allison, these are good tips for Flipper/Investors. We have been insuring many of these lately. most time writing a 90 day insurance policy so they can do the repairs/improvements and  sell them without paying for the whole yr premium
