For this Attitude of Gratitude challenge, I want to feature the activerain collective as my "person" who has done wonderful things for me and the entire member community. 
I Am So Grateful for All of You.
As I considered the criteria of "heart" and "unselfish commitment", I think of so many members who have ecncouraged, advised, and taught me so much over the few years that I've been here. You are too numerous to mention each one by name. Plus, I surely don't want to take the chance of leaving anyone off the list.
But I will give a special thanks to Stockbridge GA real estate agent Karen Luke who invited me here in 2008. She told me that participating in this community would bump up my professional game, and she was right. Thanks, Karen!!
Having entered the industry during what is probably the most challenged real estate market any of us will ever see, the techniques I've learned and people I've met here have proven invaluable to my professional development. Not to mention the incredible personalities that people this place.
I cherish the friendships that have blossomed here with people I'd likely never have met otherwise. In the spirit of paying-it-forward, I've invited others who've joined us. I know they will flourish in this environment, too.

As our lives get more and more busy, we could easily overlook opportunities to thank those who help and inspire us along the way.
