Ran a search for Viera/Suntree and found 53 Homes for sale from $400,000 up to 1 Million, None of them were Bank Owned and only 8 Short Sale. Definitely a sign that we are low on distressed properties.
Home sale prices were up 9.4% in Brevard and Satewide Unit sales were up 13%. Condo prices are also up 9% as investors are taking advantage of the best deals.
