The High End Market in Viera Florida has been very busy in 2011 compared to past years. The neighborhoods with the highest sale prices are on the West Side of Viera, Charolais Estates, Fairway Lakes, Summer Lakes & Wyndham at Duran have all noticed multiple sales since the spring.
