Fabulous home located on creek within blocks of the university. New bamboo floors, new tile back splash, lovingly cared for. Wonderful views out floor to ceiling windows in family room create very private feel in an in town location! This is a must see.

Jennifer...ah my memories of Bozeman and MSU and Langford Hall! I was born in Livingston and did 3 yrs at MSU before heading south!

Great listing and hope you have a quick sale! Have you heard of RealBird? You would love it for your listings. Give me a shout!

Congratulations on the new listing, Good luck for a quick sale. You are already blanketed with snow i see. We had our first snow in October which was the earliest snow in 140 years, it quickly melted though. North of here is white but we are still snow free, for now. It is all in the mountains where the skiers can enjoy it. I hope you had a great weekend.

Your Dream. Our Passion.

Brian, thanks for the compliment!

Thomas, Haven't heard of Real Bird, will have to check it out!  What a switch from little Bozeman to where you are!  You'd sure have a hard time pulling me out!

Scott, We are blanketed in the mountains, the valley has mostly melted off now.  Skiing is still a bit rocky, waiting for a little more base, but Moonlight opens up on the 9th and cannot wait!
