Wow, 2011 has been a year to remember! A new natural disaster has devastated some part of our World every month. The US credit rating has been downgraded for the first time in history. Most of our country experienced a record breaking, excruciatingly hot summer while here in the great Pacific Northwest we had the wettest, coldest, cloudiest summer that I can ever remember, ugh.
Here are a few more 2011 highlights you may not have seen on the front page of the paper that I wanted to share:
1. Pike Realty Solutions helped to officially open our new Skagit County Keller Williams office in Burlington.
2. After weathering a rough real estate industry in 2010, its exciting to report that 2011 will be a huge growth year for my personal business. Thanks to your great referrals and some long hours I’ve been able to help more people reach their real estate goals and will close more than double the volume than I have in any year previous!
3. Also, Stephanie Philbrick has joined the Pike Realty Solutions team to help with transaction management, marketing, short-sale negotiation and to insure that clients always get the most extraordinary service and results.
After consulting with over 60 potential new clients so far this year, I helped many of them with a transaction but also helped many discover that it was not the right timing for them to buy or sell. Point being, I’m here for your real estate questions any time and will always steer you in the best direction I can based on your individual goals.
