With housing starts up and inventory declining your vacant land listings are great targets. A couple of banks must agree as they are returning construction/perm financing to their product line.

Hey Steve - yes, those "take out loans" are becoming "take back loans."  Will be interesting to see when things turn so people are buying lots and building custom homes rather than buying existing and remodeling.  Many of the lots on my list certainly are from subdivisions not treated kindly by timing.
