Thinking about cutting your own Christmas Tree for the holidays in Connecticut? Perhaps you're looking to continue a family tradition or maybe you're wanting to begin a new one. From now until Christmas Eve you're able to pick and choose your favorite tree at:
Maple Row Tree Farm (Easton CT) is open from 9a, - 4:30pm daily (but on Christmas Eve it closes at noon). Saws are provided or you can bring your own (no chain saws please). Hayrides, crafts, refreshments and the gift store is open for holiday shopping for gifts under the tree.
Everett's Corner Tree Farm (Easton, CT) is open from 9am till dusk. Open on November 25, 27 and Dec 3-4, 10-11. Tools and assistance are provided and baling is free.
Jones Family Farm's (Shelton, CT) hours are 9am - 5pm daily. Only you should plan to arrive before 4pm if you plan on cutting your own tree. Holiday decorations and ornaments are available for purchase.
Busy Acres Tree Farm (Woodbury, CT) provdes saws, twine and tree carts to help transport your tree to the car. You can also purchase handmade wreaths. Weekday hours are 12-3:30pm and weekends 9am - 3:30pm.
