This photo was taken in Reims, France in the famous Taittinger Champagne House Cellars. There over one thousand bottles of Champagne in this picture.

Pierre –Charles Taittinger founded this in 1932, Taittinger was originally owned by Fourneaux Family in 1734 which make this the oldest Champagne house.

Pierre-Charles Taittinger played a key part in the Liberation of Paris in 1943-1944.

Their champagnes are excellent I remember buying one that actually grew on the Taittinger estate and is only produced and distributed in France. That is one of my favorite champagnes and if any one knows the name please let me know!

Taittinger Champagne is one of my favorites and that is a great picture of the wine cellar. I could see hostinga pery if the cellar and severl of those bottles would be drunk during he party. Thanks for the post.
