Gail that looks like a very nice unit. I always thought that Co-ops were more of a New York thing. I don't really see Co-ops in my part of the State.

Patrick - Cash buyer and has family living in the co-op complex, so I don't think it will be a problem.
George - It's the only one in Black Rock. It's true, they are rare in Connecticut.
LJ - The Board is very good at meeting to ensure a fast closing.
Jennifer - Thanks, we haven't gone to contract yet, but hopefully, by next week inspections will be completed and we will go to contract.
