Sometimes we wonder what creates enthusiasm… Looking at that person across the room, smiling while they work, knocking it out of the park. Readily picking up the phone to hammer out another call. Eagerly driving to do things that you might not have the same level of desire.
Bo Bennett really nails it with this quote. Get inspired with what you do. Find out what your internal motivators are and get them spinning. Then build on what others have done, and make it better. Then, and maybe then will you find your enthusiasm.
