consumer. I also know that my market reports get more views, waaay more views, than any of my other posts. But best of all, doing market reports keeps me current and knowledgeable on my own market.

I have learned that 2 of the areas I have "worked" in the past are really just....well let's just say my efforts would be better spent in other areas. And that one of the areas I haven't "worked" is a potential goldmine.
