Gold Canyon Arizona October 2011 real estate stats were very slightly up from the September 2011 sales figures. The average price per sq foot of homes sold was slightly up from last month’s reports as well, for “traditional” sales. The average price per square foot for “distressed” sales was down slightly from the prior month.
It was the same scenario basically as in prior months - one month the averages are up in some cases only a few dollars, and sometimes a few pennies, and in others cases down a few dollars, or a few pennies.
In general nothing much in the Gold Canyon Arizona housing market has been changing for the past several months.
