Craig, your post got me intrigued about the number of listings that my board/MLS covers and there are only 8,556 listings...that's a big difference from your Raleigh/Durahm/Chapel Hill area with 23,879.

Hey everyone,

Thanks for stopping on by and taking the time to comment on my post today.

To answer some questions:

Nick, the "Triangle" area is pretty big and our MLS covers a huge region.
The 3.32 bedrooms and the 2.56 bathrooms are just averages as are the prices, of course.
How many are going to sell? All of them! In time, if priced correctly!
Richard, even though it's still a buyer's market, we're trending to a more stable market.
