I would draw your attention to the fact that when SS and REOs account for double digit percentages of an areas sales then expired and withdrawn also are in double digits. 

Sellers need to understand that when REOs and SS compete it is harder to move the non-distressed property.     

The good news is that inventory is still trending down.  But since the holidays arrived, you will notice during this two week period, more homes were listed than sold.
