As the news reports that the market is crashing, investors are doing better and better

If you are an investor, there isn't a better time than now to start buying real estate. As more and more people are put out of their homes due to foreclosure, and others aren't able to get loans, that means there will be a need in the very near future, here in Oregon, for rental properties and properties available for lease option.

The wisest investors buy when others are not buying, because they know if people are not buying that means they are renting or leasing. The person who controls the real estate is king! So start buying your kingdom and bringing wealth to your castle, the time has come to start investing. The times are changing and more and more real estate is getting sold in foreclosure and probate for pennies on the dollar by the banks. But, you, a wise investor can take advantage of this change in the economy and purchase many, many investment properties and get more for your money than you could just a few years ago. Then, with 1031's, you can trade up every couple years and earn even more on your initial investment.

For more information on purchasing investment properties while the market is changing, and how it can put more money in your pocket in the long run, feel free to give me a call and we can sit down and discuss your options. If you are the quiet type and would like to just sit back and learn from others, please join us at one of the monthly meetings of the "The Empowered Investor" investors group. (This group is completely free to join.)

Ryan - The best time for investors is while it is falling! People are holding off of buying and they need a place to rent!

Bill - I'm hoping also, I have a couple papers that publish my investor articles every once in awhile and lets hope this is one of them.

Jennifer - No Jennifer you don't! Just send them my way, this is a bad idea for you. - ROFL

Wayne - Most new investors wait until prices buyers start buying before buying a them selves and this is the worst time to aquire rentals. Because the people that are going to rent from you are not there, they are buying!

This is terrific advice, as usual.  And it was brilliant to put together an Empowered Investor Group that you can invite your clients to join.

Jonathan - Not sure I can do that, after reading the Disney book the "Fox and the Hound." The fox was named Todd, but we can go fishing, never met a fish named Todd that I know of. - lol

Jennifer - LOL (I promise won't say a thing! I'm free Wednesday if you want to get together for Kool Aid.

Patricia - The Empowered Investor Group has been a wonderful move for me and has brought me a lot of business and a lot of knowledge. It has actually helped me in my own investing and even negotiating my investments.
