Real Estate Startup MungoList.com Is Live!

MungoList.com is an innovative real estate start up dedicated to providing innovative tools and services that enable real estate agents to grow their business, and increase the level of service they can provide to their clients. While most of these services will be free, MungoList will also offer enhanced services that provide agents with exclusive listings and additional opportunities to connect with more clients.

Agents can join MungoList for free and will be able to post their listings on MungoList.com. Unlike many other real estate search sites, including Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com, MungoList will not sell buyer leads or charge listing agents to be featured on their own listings. Founder Robert Nichols feels that “real estate agents work hard for their listings and shouldn't have to pay a fee to be exclusively featured on their own listings. This just doesn’t make sense” In the months to come there will be additional free services that will truly help all agents grow their business and personal brand.

The MungoPro membership is a subscription based service that enables agents to receive exclusive agency listings, that pay them for services provided, as opposed to only if a property sells. Here’s how it works: Once an agent signs up as a MungoPro, they will be connected to sellers who post their homes for sale on MungoList.com. These sellers are willing to pay agents based on the tasks they perform and will contact their MungoPro if they need assistance. In exchange the MungoPro must list the property in MLS as a an exclusive agency listing. In addition to earning fees for service, the listing agent may also receive a commission if they find the buyer. The MungoPro membership is exclusive based on zip code availability and is $31 per month per zip code.
