Different kind of Horseshoe

Pretty darn impressive.  I can imagine the big screen tv with seating and a refriderator nearby with beer and muchies plus a Buckeye clock on one of the walls.

Impressive for sure. What do you suppose will come of the mural? Are the new owners big football fans?

Would be better if it was Fedex Field.  But I understand the sentiment completely!  It's almost as cool as my basement!

So, how long before Urban has more "medical" problems and he leaves there too?

If that were my inspection, that room would be definitely written up as a Major Defect :)

Perhaps the narrative I might use in the report:

"Downstairs room is decorated/painted in a poor manner that may cause depression/fits of rage/embarassment. The room should be brought up to today's standards by properly repairing/replacing all affected areas with Maize & Blue decor. I recommend corrective action by a qualified Michigan contractor".
