In the quiet Hamlet of Balmville, along the Hudson River is a new subdivision of single family homes. A total of six custom homes will be built in this, the last of the vacant land that lies just a few miles from the Newburgh Beacon Bridge. Balmville is a community of approximately 4000 people and is actually a part of the Town of Newburgh, but still has a feeling all its own. Our beautiful new subdivision is lucky to be included in this location and bears the name of Osage Lane, and shares the name of this local tree. 
Commuters love this location as it’s just a quick ride to take Metro North to Grand Central Station in NYC. Living in the area provides access to great historical locations, and even the smallest forest in the state known as the Balmville Tree. History hides around every corner in Newburgh, and there are so many things to do and see.
