Balmville is a community of approximately 4000 people and is actually a part of the Town of Newburgh, but still has a feeling all its own. Many varied and beautiful homes have been built here with the draw of the Hudson River to the east. Not all homes have a river view of course, but this established neighborhood still is quite charming. The streets of Balmville include Commonwealth Avenue, Grand Street, Balmville Road, Sloane Road, Susan Drive as some of the most well known. Our beautiful new subdivision is lucky to be included in this location and bears the name of Osage Lane, and shares the name of this local tree.
Commuters love this location as it’s just a quick ride to take Metro North to Grand Central Station in NYC. Living in the area provides access to great historical locations, and even the smallest forest in the state known as the Balmville Tree. History hides around every corner in Newburgh, and there are so many things to do and see.
