Eagle Brook in Geneva IL  offers over 500 custom single family homes set around wetland preserves, parks  and the Eagle Brook Golf Course. This subdivision was built in the mid 1990s with wide streets and nicely sized lots. Eagle Brook is located just east of Randall Road and South of Route 38. Eagle Brook Country Club offers a great place for recreation and social activities year round.

There have been 12 closed sales in Eagle Brook in 2011, about half the number of the 22 closed sales in 2010 and the 19 closes in 2009.
