Decide Now to Lose Weight
Do you really want to lose weight? Until you decide that weight loss is a priority, you will make little or no progress. Do you have the desire to lose weight? How strong is your desire? How can you increase your desire?
Our actions show what our real desires are. For example: You say you want to lose weight but you continue to eat French fries and drink soft drinks. You choose to ignore how the fat grams and calories in these foods affect your weight.
When you decide you want to lose weight and are serious about it, your actions change and you begin developing the right mindset.
While this first step sounds simple, it is one of the keys to your success. Before you can change the habits that make you overweight, you have to recognize the fact that you are overweight and decide to lose those excess pounds.
