No matter what you celebrate the bottom line is, your home feels great because of what the holiday seasons represents, Love and compassion .
Think about all the senses that you see, smell, hear, and feel with touch and energy during these times. Your home is always filled with good energy, but now is the time to jump kick it into feeling great! especially before the New Year arrives.
- Think warm and welcoming colors such as reds. Have touches of red throughout out your home to warm up your home and stimulate in a positive way. During these times there is more then enough red to go around :) You can add bows, red bells, runners for your table...be creative! What is red that makes you feel good :)
- Tis the time to reconnect with family and loved ones who have passed. Display images of your family, friends, pets, whom ever makes you feel warm inside :) If not images, perhaps gifts they have given you to warm up the energy of your home.

- Fill your home with positive affirmations and kind greetings. Perhaps you have received cards from family members, clients and friends, place them on display. Remember objects, such as cards and photos are filled with great energy. Let that flow in your home. Seeing those words everyday truly does help to lift the spirit and motivate you. As always, Ms. Cerrano recommend believe :)
Stimulate your home with warm cozy smells, let that be by scented candles, flam less or real. Or try scented oils. Everyone will be different with what makes them feel good. Some basic recommendations, the sent of lavender and vanilla are always classic ways to create a calm feeling in your home.

Music is a powerful tool to change the atmosphere in your home. Each tone, beat and sound produces a different sensation within you and continues to vibrate through your home. So, depending on the kind of feel your going for, it will vary with the type of music you choose. Ms. Cerrano personally loves the 60's, 70's, 90's, Big band (grandma Rose's influence), folk, just about all of it :) You can also symbolize sound with those famous Holiday bells :) Hang Bells from the inside or the outside of your front door!
When you sit down for that holiday meal or simply a meal on your own or with family, it's a great idea of have soft background sounds. Think of it this way, when you calm, eating is fun and relaxing, which means digestion will be the same ;)

Cut a 9" Red Ribbon and attach 3 similar bells from that ribbon. From the inside of your front entrance door, hang the red ribbon with the three attached bells and the intention behind this care is to "ring in the money."

If you have a lot of hard furniture, tis the time to balance the Yin and Yang of your home. Even texture, the feel of chairs, couches, tables, all play a huge role in warming up a space. Make your home feel cozy, inviting for your guest, yourself and that kind of energy will resinate all around your home :)
