Yesterday I have ordered from a company I never worked with in the past a Termite inspection, as I was given their name by the Listing Agent she thought this is who the seller had the centricon system just installed with. Finding out later that day that the Termite company provided to me was not the one the Seller was using so I cancelled the appointment if you all are wondering why I was trying to use the same Termite company as the Seller is they offered a free termite letter as the centricon system was not even 1 month old. Any ways make a long story short so I contact Arrow Termite Inspections and cancel them yesterday, this morning waking up I got a Telephone call from a Gentleman introducing himself to me for future business even on a short notice such as same day inspections and letters he gave me his cell phone number I thought that was great customer service not only do they advertise their name but without offence of losing the business there professionalism was outstanding that they will be the Termite company of my future recommendations. What have you experienced with contractors or vendors that stood out to you?
