ANNUAL CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING ROCKVILLE CENTRE NY 11570

The Annual Rockville Centre NY Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony will be on Thursday, December 8th, 2011 starting at 7:30 p.m. at the Village Green on the corner of Maple and Lee Avenues. Also included is a visit from Santa and his helpers, hot chocolate and caroling.

 

Following the Tree Lighting the Rockville Centre Historical Society invites residents to the Captain's House, also called the Phillips House Museum at 28 Hempstead Aenue for mulled cider, cookies and Christmas carols with Greg Ryan.

Nice localism post, Liz. I watched the NYC tree lighting on television last night. It was so colorful.
