Adventure Belize!!! Zip Lining and Cave Tubing Excursions (Belize Islands Real Estate)

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Island Real Estate

Enjoy two of the most exciting tours offered in Belize today, Cave Tubing and the Canopy Zip Line Excursion.

Experience exhilaration! This is just one of the feelings you may have as you imitate the Black Howler monkeys of Belize, zipping through the treetops about 70-80 feet above the forest floor in interior Belize! Tarzan did it… now so can you. Flying through the trees at up to 40 miles per hour is an exhilarating
experience you'll never forget. The fun begins once you arrive at our location in Belize. Canopy tours start off slow and low, allowing you to get a feel for the lines. Each stretch of the tour gets longer, higher, faster and more
exciting. With professional guides close by at all times, you'll discover an adrenaline rush unlike any other.

On the second part of your exciting excursion you will then reach the Cave Branch System Welcome Area where you will be fitted with your life vest, (if you would like one) cave lamp
and your tube. The walk to the beginning of the first Cave Entrance is an easy gentle 30 to 40 minute stroll through the beautiful Belizean Rainforest.

Your guide will take you through two dry caves where many stalagmites and stalactites can be admired along the way. Once you have begun your Cave Tubing adventure, you will be able to enter the crystal clear, refreshing river and enter the first cave. You will become one with nature while at the same time experiencing the mistry of the ancient Maya Underworld where the Mayas once performed many sacred rituals such as bloodletting and sacrifice to the gods.

As you approach the end of your cave tubing experience you will float through small fun rapids where you will pickup some speed and end the cave tubing ride in style, bringing you right back to the starting point of your Cave Tubing adventure.

There are many tour operators that offer these tours from Ambergris Caye making it easy if you are on the island. If you own or are thinking of owning in Belize, this is one of the many ways you can spend a day in Beautiful Belize.

Suggested. I LOVED my trip to Belize 2 years ago. We went into caves in canoes and I have never before known the depth of darkness that was in that cave. The tour guide put out his light so we could experience it and when the light was on, we saw, bats, human skulls.

My favorite things included the wonderful food, the red starfish, the sunshine....

I will never forget the sound of the howler monkeys at the Mayan ruins. They sounded like the roar that dinosaurs are given in movies.

Hi Ellie, sounds like you are ready for another trip back to Belize! ha ha....

The first time I did the cave tubing thing I was a little freaked out becaues I have some claustrophobia. But the caves where so huge that I never felt panicky. It was an incredible trip. Now I've done it a half a dozen times and each time a new friend or family member comes down to visit us we end up doing it again with them.

Hope to see you on Ambergris Caye someday. If you make it down please stop by our office to say hello.
