Buyers nowadays have such big advantages over prior years. With home prices cut in half and interest rates as low as they have ever been...it just doesn't get any better. Mortgage monthly payments are reduced substantially! You have so much more buying power. You now can afford a much more costly home and still wind up with a low monthly payment.
