The Kindness Project - Some Stories Part 6
Some of you might know that about a year ago I won a contest for a Kodak Printer on what I would do with $220.00 in Saving.
Here is the Post that won the contest. Some other things I have posted on this are at the Kindness Project.
I sent $30.00 to my sister Tracy. Now my checks go out straight from my bank with on line banking. She got the check before she got the detailed instructions I sent her. She did the project before she got my snail mail. She ended up deviating a little from the rules and added money to what I sent her. However, her spirit was right.
Here is one of the Acts of Kindness she undertook:
I purchased a large bag of cat food from Costco and gave it to Mary M who catches, fixes, and feeds feral cats. She also helps adopt them out if they can be socialized.
This is not the kind of "hobby" most of us would take up, but we are all called to our own task in life. I think people that do these kinds of things appreciate the recognition that what they do has value.
