Holiday Greeting Card Contest – Help Save Homeless Christmas Trees!

At Home Point Real Estate we are dedicated to helping people find the perfect home for their Christmas Tree.

If you need help buying or selling a home at Christmas or anytime we hope you will think of Home Point Real Estate.

I wanted to do something funny and yet a little traditional. What could be more traditional than Christmas Trees. I really do not like giving people a hard sell with my Christmas Cards and marketing as I really want people to have a Merry Christmas – not just sell homes.

I am concerned that some might see this card as making fun of the homeless. That is not what I intend, but the appeal spoofs charitable pitches. Home Point Real Estate is obviously not a charity and so what I am really doing is spoofing Hard Core marketing pitches that play on people's guilt. At the same time it does remind people of the desire for a home and all the memories they can make in it at Christmas and other times of the year.

Hi Gene, I thought it was cute and creative. We work with a charity that supports homeless families and I didn't find your card the least bit offensive. I think you'd really have to stretch to become upset by your obvious tongue in cheek humor. Heck I wish I'd thought of it!
